Who are the BCMA?

Formed in 2008, The British Connector Manufacturers Association is a UK industry organisation comprised of manufacturers and suppliers of Electronic Connectors. Many members of the BCMA were previously members of the now defunct trade groups known as IBF and CMA.

The BCMA’s activities are focused on providing a forum in which its members can discuss and exchange non-competitive information for the benefit and mutual success of its members and the industry.

The benefits for members are many, ranging from access to industry relevant statistics, being represented in interactions with government or other bodies, to providing information to access all types of government business support.

The markets served by the Connector Industry are extremely varied and the BCMA is established to promote the interests of its members individually and collectively.

Our Mission

The BCMA exists to provide a favourable operating environment for the benefit of connector manufacturing companies, to provide a forum for discussion on non-competitive issues, and information to assist them in their business.

Who can join the BCMA?

Membership of the BCMA is open to companies manufacturing products within the scope of the association ( Electronic Connectors and similar products ), and is annual and calendar year based.
